INSTRUCTOR

Professor Mandrill has been practicing capoeira under Mestre
beicola since around the age of 11, now 26 and living in Lexington
Kentucky he now owns and runs the capoeira cultural center the only
center for capoeira in Kentucky .
A native of California Bay area mandrill has finally came to live and
promote the art of capoeira in Kentucky
Already in Ky for 2 years now he has made a presence and a name
for himself and the center working extensively with parks and
recreation and several university including university of Kentucky
transy university and many elementary high schools & private
schools mandrill ( Joe Allred) has dedicated himself to furthering the
art of capoeira which has allowed him many opportunities to travel
and meet many different people and also was an outlet for him to
make better decisions in all aspects of his life.
